Apple Outlaw’s Peruvian Ginger is a cold- pressed, ginger-infused hard cider. This cider is more on the dry side, best served at 40-45 degrees and contains 5.8% ABV. Peruvian Ginger Cider has an aromatic ginger and candied apple flavor profile with a delicate spice finish to enjoy all summer long!

Apple Outlaw has handcrafted in small batches in the heart of Southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley since 2013. The Apple Outlaw orchard is family owned and certified organic. The orchard has over 1000 trees and many varieties – MacIntosh, Red Delicious, Granny Smith, Rome beauty, Gravenstein, Arkansas Black, Ginger Gold, Gold Rush, Blenheim Red, Matsu, some pear, and some heirloom unknowns that are just starting to produce.
